Board of Directors Elections

Southeastern Arizona Federal Credit Union will have three positions open on the Board of Directors.

All members eligible to vote may make nominations for vacancies by petition signed by 1% of the members with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 500.  Signed petition can be turned into our Douglas or Benson office.  There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting. Deadline for receiving nominations by petition is March 10, 2026.

Please stop by our Douglas or Benson branch to place your vote between April 6, 2026 and April 17, 2026.

The Board of Directors Election results will be announced at our Annual Meeting on April 20, 2026 at 6:00pm at our Douglas Branch.

Imposter Fraud

Who is Calling?

Is the phone call you just answered really your financial institution reaching out to you? Fraudsters may pretend to be from your Credit Union to win your trust and take your money.

Warning signs include:

• Asking for your password, PIN or one-time passcodes
• Giving a time limit or creating a sense of urgency
• Asking you to move your money as a safeguard against fraudulent transactions.

When scammers call you, the number that shows up on your phone may appear to be the same number of your local branch or the member service line. This is called spoofing. If you question the caller's legitimacy, do not give out or verify any information.

We suggest hanging up and calling your local branch directly if a call feels suspicious.

SEAFCU ELECTIONS

Southeastern Arizona Federal Credit Union will have four positions open on the Board of Directors.  Members may make a nomination for vacancies with a signed petition of 1% of members (50). The credit union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.  Last date to submit petitions is Friday, October 30, 2020 at the end of the workday, 6:00pm.
